    　由日本三麗鷗公司授權，經3年籌備，號稱世界唯一以Hello Kitty為主題的度假別墅，八日於關西鎮正式誕生。主題別墅從外觀到室內陳設及使用器具，完全Kitty風，預期將成為Hello Kitty迷追逐焦點，即使住宿價格不菲，反應卻十分熱烈。
    　統一度假村與日本三麗鷗公司合作，將馬武督度假會議中心既有的的歐式別墅「變裝」，今年三月動工，化身為Hello Kitty度假別墅，有英式浪漫及法式鄉村2幢不同風格。
    　別墅格局為3房2廳，室內隨處可見Kitty造形融入其中，適合三五好友歡聚或全家度假出遊。天氣晴朗的午後，也可在室外庭園享用下午茶，園區並提供入住客人Hello Kitty彩繪導覽車及專屬管家服務，台灣三麗鷗總經理川井良文在介紹時不忘表示，台灣誕生的世界唯一Hello Kitty度假別墅，日本旅客都想來參觀！
    　統一度假村整合行銷部部經理江致利表示，統一企業與日本三麗鷗合作多年，始於統一超商的Hello Kitty造形贈品。有感於Hello Kitty多年不衰的魅力，及國內觀光休閒產業急需轉型，開發新的潛力市場，3年前以鄰近大台北地區與觀光資源豐富的馬武督度假會議中心為基地，著手籌備主題別墅的改建。
    　江致利說，在主題別墅落成前，已在台中、高雄等旅展宣傳造勢，民眾登記踴躍，客層廣泛，50歲的爸媽到20歲的學生都有，可見Hello Kitty的風靡程度；目前預約狀況，九月前假日均額滿，七月以來，更是每天都有人來「朝聖」。
 
【中國時報　黃麗如／新竹報導】　世界唯一的Hello Kitty度假別墅在新竹馬武督開幕了，Kitty迷們想必血脈賁張，恨不得立刻住在所見所看所吃都是Hello Kitty的世界裡。
　從台北東區到新竹關西馬武督車程不到一個半小時，才下車，同行的記者朋友竟然就發出尖叫，當看到門口140公分大小的Hello Kitty大型玩偶時，許多人忘記記者的專業，個個興奮的和Hello Kitty合照。
　■才開賣 訂房排到一個月後
　這兩棟Hello Kitty度假別墅位在統一度假村「馬武督度假會議中心」內，統一度假村精心規畫3年、耗資千萬，打造兩棟Hello Kitty情境旅店，每一棟別墅內有3個房間，總共可住6個人。
　兩間別墅風格完全不同，一間是粉紅色系的「英式浪漫典雅風」，另一間則是粉綠色系的「法式鄉村樂活風」，別墅內的每個角落都可以看到Hello Kitty的貓頭，連浴室裡的盥洗用品包裝也有Hello Kitty的身影。
　17歲的遊客黃姿瑜看到處處皆Kitty的房間，興奮的說：「我擔心我會high到自己沒辦法承受，怎麼有那麼夢幻的房間，進去就完全無法出來。」Hello Kitty的魅力真的是無法檔，統一集團統合開發總經理黃書傑說：「這兩棟才一開賣，就已經賣出60個晚上，許多人選擇生日、結婚紀念日、情人節來這裡度假，這兩棟別墅可以說是相當別出心裁的『禮物』。」
　■19800元 Kitty陪你住一晚
　目前Hello Kitty別墅每晚定價19800元，假日22000元，若6個人去分擔，每個人約花3300元起。費用包括住房、早餐、Hello Kitty下午茶、園區遊程安排、Hello Kitty伴手禮、每棟還贈送一個HelloKitty絨毛娃娃。
　度假的分分秒秒都是Kitty陪伴，這應該是Kitty迷們的終極夢想。一時捧不出那麼多錢的Kitty迷也別氣餒，現在飯店推出Hello Kitty下午茶，每份280元，可以嘗到Kitty造型蛋糕（不過也有Kitty迷尖叫：「蛋糕那麼可愛怎麼忍心吃！」），也可以在園區內和Hello Kitty別墅、大型玩偶合影，多少也是圓了Hello Kitty夢。
